Polka Tots provides a 7-day hassle-free return policy.
PLEASE NOTE: CLOTH DIAPERS, INSERTS, JHABLA, DRY SHEETS, SWIM DIAPERS, WARDROBE, BABY COT SET, FREE GIFTS, MEGA SALE ITEMS, AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
For Return Policy Terms and Conditions:
Please ensure that:
- The product is purchased from polkatots.in.
- The customer has an invoice for the purchased product.
- Returning products should be in the original packaging.
- The product should be unused with all original tags intact.
- The returning courier expense will be paid by the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not allowed for Mega Sale Items or items purchased with coupons or gift vouchers. MEGA SALE Items are completely non-returnable. We recommend you carefully review the size chart for on-sale products. Exchange services are not available.
Regarding Returns:
Return courier expenses are to be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Kindly retain the packaging for up to 7 days after delivery as it may be needed for returns.
For COD Orders, Bank Details are compulsory.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after passing all the quality checks, and refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or bank account.
